The responsibilities and rules that apply when customers use GO, place orders, make payments, and manage their accounts.
Using GO
Customers must provide accurate account, address, order, and payment information and use GO lawfully.
Business Responsibilities
Participating businesses are responsible for catalog accuracy, pricing, availability, branches, delivery areas, preparation, fulfillment, and compliance applicable to their goods and services.
Orders, Changes, and Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled by customers only before acceptance where the app permits. Later changes, refunds, rejected orders, and disputes follow GO and participating-business procedures.
Payments and Balance
Supported payment methods, refunds, account balance, fees, and payment-provider terms will be displayed during checkout and may vary by order.
Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse accounts, promotions, support, reviews, payments, APIs, automation, or security controls.
Account Security and Suspension
Customers are responsible for protecting credentials. GO may restrict accounts or activity where reasonably required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
